With 500 rupees as a token amount for a booking confirmation.

What is your booking cancellation policy?

Money will be refunded within 48 hours. Money will not be refunded within 24 hours.

Can i reschedule/extend my booking?

Yes

Can i change my bike after making a booking?

Yes but the price will be changed according to bike.

What happens if I return the motorcycle, bike and scooty late?

In this situation, will have to pay 200 rupees per hour.

What happens if I return the motorcycle, bike or scooty early?

Price will be same.

Is fuel included with the bike, motorcycle or scooter rental?

fuel is excluded.

What is the condition of bikes?

We have all bike/Scotties are well maintained.

From where do I pick up and drop off the bike?

Pickup and drop location will be Our office only.

My payment is successful but didn’t receive booking confirmation email.

Just share your payment screenshot. We will confirm as soon as possible.

Do you provide helmet?

2 helmets with 1 bike.

What documents do I need to provide before taking a motorcycle, bike or scooty for the trip?

Driving license, 1 address proof id (aadhar card).

What happens if there is an accident of the motorcycle, bike or scooter during the course of the trip duration?

All the damages have to pay by the client.

Can I add additional riders to my rental?

Yes

Can I take a rented Nainital Riders' Motorcycle, bike and scooter across International borders, like Nepal?

Can I take a rented Nainital Riders' Motorcycle, bike and scooter across Uttarakhand?

Not uttarakhand, only specific areas.

we have negotiable rent price that highly depended on the type of season you are joining us. Customers can go on trips to nearby areas of Nainital for consecutive days by hiring the chosen bike.
Pick and Drop service

There are no additional charges included for this service within Tallital and Mallital. Nainital Riders will be available on the back-end for your concerns over pick and drop service.
